Your Choice Barnet has appointed Elliott Sweetman as Group Chief Executive. Elliott becomes Chief Executive, having held the role of Interim Group Chief Executive for the past year. Elliott’s previous roles have included Group Director of Development and Property and Group Director of Operations and Property at The Barnet Group for the last nine years and has over 20 years of sector experience.
Commenting on his appointment, Elliott said: “It’s an incredible privilege to be appointed as the permanent Group Chief Executive of this outstanding organisation. At a time when the challenges in housing and social care are more complex than ever, I’m looking forward to working with our talented and dedicated team to build on The Barnet Group’s strong track record. Together, we will continue to deliver high-quality, innovative, and customer-focused services that make a real difference to the lives of Barnet residents.”

Your Choice Barnet (YCB) is part of The Barnet Group, which is wholly owned by the London Borough of Barnet. YCB is an adult social care company that provides services to adults with learning and physical disabilities and autism. YCB also provides residential care homes and day centres for older people, as well as extra care residential homes for people with additional support needs.
