Wilma Angngasing- Registered Manager for Meadowside Care Home
Hello, I am the Registered Manager for Meadowside care home. At Meadowside care home we provide support to adults aged 65 and over including the provision of high-quality dementia friendly care.
I have worked in the care sector for many years, with a strong career foundation built from hands-on care through to senior leadership working across multiple care homes serving in the residential and dementia care areas. My experience has included overseeing complex care delivery and ensure full regulatory compliance. My successes have led to the services I have managed achieving a “GOOD” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), A key milestone in my career has been becoming both a Dementia Champion and Safeguarding champion across different care homes, promoting best practice, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and delivering high-quality, person -centred care.
I have recently joined Meadowside and love working here, seeing the difference that we make to our residents’ lives. I am committed to ensuring a high level of service is delivered at Meadowside. I want to ensure that residents have choice and control over their care, with the support of the dedicated staff team who go above and beyond to ensure residents lead happy and fulfilling lives. Residents are at the heart of what we do, and we will always ensure that we are working in a person-centred way, ensuring positive outcomes for the service users we support.
